Raised Deck for Hive Inspection
3-sided board-fence enclosure with a deck in it and behives on the deck and other raised pedestals.

Many beekeepers inspect their hives regularly to assess bee health, honey production, and the presence of pests. To do so properly involves unstacking the hive bodies (weighing up to 90 pounds) and pulling out frames to check the boxes. With a Raised Deck for Hive Inspection, one is able to access tall hives with less arm strain and is also able stand at ground level to inspect lower hives with less bending. Such a deck can be built with new wood or repurposed materials.
