Auto-Steer for Older Tractors
Auto-Steer for Older Tractors

An automated, hands-free steering system that either replaces the steering wheel with a "smart wheel" or plugs into the vehicle's hydraulic system, Auto-Steer for Older Tractors provides automatic GPS-guided steering to help keep the vehicle in line. It is designed to allow one to complete field applications more quickly and accurately, can reduce operator fatigue and increase safety, and reportedly performs reliably day or night and under dusty or low-visibility conditions. Most Auto-Steer units include (or have available as options) these technologies: end-of-row turning, line acquisition preferences, and terrain compensation.
