Limitations Addressed by Product: Upper extremity, Strength/endurance, Back
Designed to be pulled, the Four-Row Pinpoint Seeder is used primarily to plant small to medium-size seeds in enclosed or limited areas like greenhouses and small plots. It can be set for four 21/4-, two 41/2-, or two 63/4-inch-wide rows. Among the tool's features are: four seed-hole sizes (accommodating carrot through pelleted-lettuce seed); individual in-hopper adjustable brushes (for precise seed metering); three different drive ratios (for 1-, 2-, or 4-inch within-row spacing); and dual rollers (front one firms and levels the soil, back one closes the furrow and drives the seed shaft).
