The Out-Sider Power-Chair Vehicle Lift is designed to lock in then raise up and store one's unoccupied scooter or power-chair behind the transport vehicle, whether, pickup truck, van, SUV, CUV, or sedan. The platform automatically folds up when not in use, permitting rearview mirror visibility. The lift, which mounts to the vehicle's class II or III receiver hitch, requires no modifications to either vehicle or chair and is powered by the vehicle's battery. It comes with a manual backup system (in case of battery failure) and lighted license-plate holder. A swing-away option is available that allows for access to the back hatch, trunk, or tailgate.
