AgrAbility Regional Training Workshop- Reno, NV

Regional AgrAbility Workshops are a great way to network with AgrAbility peers and other professionals that have a role in assisting our clients.

This Regional Workshop will focus on Worksite Assessment, Rural Mental Health, and Assistive Technology.  On November 29th and 30th there will be speakers from the National AgrAbility Project, Washington State University, WA AgrAbility/WRASAP, University of Nevada-Reno, NV Center for Excellence in Disability, NV AT Collaborative, and others.  December 1st will consist of tours of Wolfpack Meats, Frey Ranch and Distillery, and Lattin Farms.

We have a room block at The Silver Legacy Hotel for $35 per night, plus a $30 per night resort fee.  You can reserve online by clicking the hotel name.  Our room block has closed.  If you are in need of a room, please contact Tess McKeel at 585-447-9015 or tmckeel@goodwillfingerlakes.org. 

There is a shuttle from the airport to the hotel.  Upon your arrival at the Reno-Tahoe International Airport, call the hotel at 775-329-4777, then proceed to the baggage claim area and follow the signage directing you to the general airport shuttle area to board the Silver Legacy shuttle.  If you are in need of a wheelchair accessible shuttle, please specify that when you call the hotel.
