PowerNow Battery Powered Chainsaw
PowerNow Battery Powered Chainsaw

The lightweight (under 11 pounds), quiet-running PowerNow Battery Powered Chainsaw (Model CS300) starts without a pull-cord, needs no warm-up time, and runs only when the trigger is engaged. Its lithium-ion battery pack reportedly holds a charge for months, so the saw is always ready when needed. Its 16-inch cutting bar can handle up to 12-inch-diameter logs with no power fade and will reportedly cut well over 100 two- to three-inches branches on a single charge with the standard battery pack and up to 250 such branches with the optional Endurance pack. The CS300 also features the PowerSharp built-in chain-sharpening system, which, with the pull of a lever, will re-sharpen a dull chain in 3-5 seconds.
