Bourquin Organic Weed Puller
Bourquin Organic Weed Puller

The Bourquin Organic Weed Puller is a tractor attachment designed to remove tall weeds from the rows of low-growing or young crops. It consists of a series of hydraulically driven, slip-resistant, rubber-mesh-covered wheels rotating against each other to grab any weeds that extend above the crop, then pulls them upward and out. Besides its application for herbicide-free organic vegetable crops, the machine has also been successfully used to remove volunteer corn, shattercane, and pigweed from soybeans; careless weed from cotton; and various other weeds from sugar beets and peanuts. Available in 2-, 4-, 6-, 8-, and 12-row models, the Bourquin Weed Puller can be used alone or mounted on a cultivator, tilling the soil and pulling weeds in a single operation. It requires a tractor hydraulic system of at least 2,000 pounds pressure.
